Our story
Software that makes a difference
Taplx was founded in March 2026, registered in England and Wales, with a simple conviction: most software could be better, and the gap between what technology is capable of and what people actually get from it is still enormous.
We're based in the UK and we build software across every domain: mobile applications, web platforms, financial tools, AI-powered systems, games. We do it for clients and as our own products.
The name Taplx reflects the structure of what we're building: a company that houses multiple software products and services under one roof, the way Alphabet sits above Google and its other ventures. Each product we build gets the focus it deserves. The parent company, Taplx, provides the foundation.
We're at the start. Five active products in development, a growing list of services, and a clear sense of what we're here to do: build software that works, that lasts, and that treats the people who use it with respect.

Software that crashes, leaks data, or works inconsistently isn't software. It's a problem. We build things that work the way they're supposed to, every time.

The people who use our software deserve honesty. We don't bury things in terms of service, harvest data we don't need, or design patterns that manipulate people.

AI is a tool. We use it where it genuinely makes software better, not to fill a marketing checklist or replace engineering judgement.

We build things to last. That means making sensible architectural choices, writing maintainable code, and not chasing shortcuts that cause problems later.
